These Renovation of two apartments in midtown, completed in 2008.

These projects at 55th and 6th Ave. and 38th and Park Ave. were done with a father and son team venturing into the real estate market for investment and resell.

Both apartments needed complete updating of all finishes and the kitchen and bath rooms, so we took the opportunity to improve the layouts of both the master bathrooms and the kitchens.

In both cases the kitchen was expanded and opened up to the living dining area using custom cabinetry and state of the art appliances.
